Appointments
Make an appointment by calling (978) 649-3058 or use our Request an Appointment form. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us 48-hour notice so that someone else can use your time. It is not fair to reliable patients to ask them to pay for patients who have poor attendance. We therefore charge $75 for a missed or canceled visit and $150 for missed or canceled surgical visit. We ask that you be considerate of our time and your fellow patients. We will make every effort to schedule you at a convenient time.

Billing and insurance
As a service to you, we will submit charges to your insurance company. However, patients are primarily responsible for their accounts. When payment of insurance claims is assigned to us, that portion of the fee payable by the patient is due at the time of service. In most cases, we ask that a minimum of 25% be paid at the time of service. Our office manager will discuss specific financial arrangements with you. If you have had a recall visit within the prior six months, we request that payment in full be made at the time of visit.
